Paper/Poster Submission

Submissions are to be made through the EasyChair Conference Management System: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=9ict2017.

Authors are invited to submit full papers (12 to 15 pages) in Springer LNCS style (for more information, refer to http://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines). The review process will be a double-blind peer review. Papers must be based on unpublished, mature and original work and must be submitted to ICT Innovations 2017 only. At least one author of each accepted contribution is required to register (registration with conference proceedings) for the Conference. The maximum number of accepted papers per author/co-author is two.

In order your paper to be published in Springer CCIS Proceedings not later than July 21th, 2017, you need do the following actions:

  1. Check and follow the guidelines form Springer http://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-.... Please prepare the final version of your paper by following these guidelines. Please take into consideration reviewers’ remarks and implement them in your final version
  2. Download copyright form from http://ictinnovations.org/sites/default/files/copyrightccis_ICT-Innovati.... Fill your information, print it, sign it and scan it. One author may sign on behalf of all other authors of a particular paper.
  3. Send all files for the final version of the paper by e-mail to ict.innovations@finki.ukim.mk as one zip file named Submission_[#paper_number]. The subject line should be “Final version of paper number [#paper_number]”. The achieve should include the following data:
    1. Name and email of the contact author who will be available to check the proof of the paper before printing;
    2. PDF file with the camera-ready final version of the paper;
    3. All source files (LaTeX files with all the associated style files, special fonts and eps files, including images, or Word file);
    4. PDF file of scanned copyright form signed by hand by one author on behalf of all authors of the paper.
  4. Upload the PDF file of the final version of the paper to EasyChair system https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=9ict2017
  5. At least one of the authors of the accepted full paper must register for the conference using one of the options ICT-Innovations only (250EUR) or ICT-Innovations+ECML-PKDD (370EUR).
