About the conference

The ICT Innovations conference is the primary scientific action of the Macedonian Society on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT-ACT). It promotes the publication of scientific results of the international community related to innovative fundamental and applied research in ICT. Today, ICT has enlarged its horizons and it is practiced under multidisciplinary contexts that introduce new challenges to theoretical and technical approaches.
 
The ICT Innovations Conference was held in Ohrid, R.Macedonia on 28th and 29th of September 2009.
The conference gathered academics, professionals and practitioners willing to report valuable experiences in developing solutions and systems in the industrial and business arena especially innovative commercial implementations, novel applications of technology, and experience in applying recent research advances to practical situations, in any ICT areas. The conference opened a space for PhD students enabling reporting and share of relevant outcomes in their research in any ICT area.
