Instructions for authors

Submissions are done using EasyChair Conference Management System.

Authors are invited to submit full papers (10 pages, Springer LNCS style,http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-7-72376-0).

Selected papers will be published in the Springer Conference proceedings. All other accepted papers and posters would be published on conference CD - ROM.

The review process will be double-blind peer review. Papers must be based on unpublished, mature and original work and must be submitted to “ICT Innovations 11” only.

At least one author of each accepted contribution is required to register (registration with conference proceedings) for the Conference.

The maximum number of accepted papers per first author is two. The second accepted contribution could be registered with half of corresponding fee. This discount is valid only for one additional paper.
