Author's Guidelines

Submissions are done using EasyChair Conference Management System.

Authors are invited to submit full papers (10 pages, Springer LNCS style).

Due to Springer specifications, papers need to be formatted as Word documents (.doc file) or LaTeX2e, and submitted as pdf. A document template has been prepared by Springer for use with Word 2003 or 2007, or LaTeX2E. Predefined style formats are available for all the necessary structures that are supposed to be part of the manuscript, and these formats can be quickly accessed via hotkeys or special toolbars.

Selected papers will be published in the Springer Conference proceedings and the authors shuold sign thecopyright form.All other accepted papers and posters would be published on the Conference Web Proceedings.

The review process will be double-blind peer review. Papers must be based on unpublished, mature and original work and must be submitted to “ICT Innovations 12” only.

At least one author of each accepted contribution is required to register (registration with conference proceedings) for the Conference. Only accepted papers will be published in the Conference proceedings.

The maximum number of accepted papers per first author is two. The second accepted contribution can be registered with half of corresponding fee. This discount is valid only for one additional paper.
